3 Practice of improving the quality of beveled clothing

3.1 Selection of needle roller clothing

In the cotton layer, 70% to 80% of the cotton bundles are decomposed into single fibers by a licker-in roll. The combing action of the licker-in is very strong and it is also the key point of the process. Each increase or decrease in speed by 5% to 7% will cause major changes in neps and short fibers. In the process of spinning, optimizing according to the conditions of raw materials and quality often results in obvious effects, but the consequences of damage have not been optimized. 3.2 Selection of Conical Cylinder and Tapered Crimps

Small tooth tip, AC2030×01740 cloth, large longitudinal teeth, narrow base, small working angle, strong adaptability, not only suitable for long-staple cotton and fine cotton, but also adapt to high speed. In the selection process, cylinder and cover plates are the key to flexible carding and upgrading of the carding machine. After the active cover plate enters the working area for a period of time, the fibers are gradually filled with fibers and impurities to generate knots. The cover plate adopts an agglomerated type, which ensures the gradual combing of the concentrated carding of the cotton toe and improves the combing effect. 3.3 Bevel teeth increase densification Improve combing ability

4 Conclusion
