Shanghai Petrochemical Company successfully developed high transparent PP in 1997. At present, the company's homopolymer transparent PP, random copolymer transparent PP's main brands are M250E, M450E, M800E, M1200E, M3000E and M250T.
Yangzi Petrochemical Company in August 2000 in its 160,000 tons / year PP production plant with N catalyst produced on the basis of PPF401 powder, adding a composite transparent additives to produce a highly transparent PP grade J301G. At present, Yangzi Petrochemical Company has established the serial number of the ordinary grade random copolymer PP transparent product machine as the focus of its current research and development, and developed two new brands of PPT800 and PT2000.
The transparent PP special material TJTM-8020 independently developed by Tianjin Petrochemical Company Ethylene Plant was put into industrial production in March 2003. In addition, Guangzhou Petrochemical Company, Ningbo Huasheng Company, Shanghai Taopusi Company, etc. are also developing transparent PP.
